Plantar fasciitis (or pain in the bottom of your foot) is a very common issue.

Lack of proper foot support, underdeveloped foot muscles and chronic strain from prolonged periods of standing on cement etc. irritates this connective tissue which leads to inflammation and stiffness in the bottom of your feet.

Mobilizing this tissue with a golf ball or lacrosse ball can help to loosen it up, flush out inflammation and ultimately reduce foot pain.

Remember:
1️⃣ Add as much pressure as you can tolerate (maybe a bit more)
2️⃣ Slowly move your foot in different directions to mobilize your plantar fascia and scan for extra tender areas
3️⃣ Focus on the extra tender areas
4️⃣ Give it time – it will eventually loosen up!

Let me know how it goes!
