Do you suffer from knee pain or knee problems?

One of the most common causes is tightness in the muscles surrounding the knee – esp your hamstrings and calves.

These two muscles actually cross the knee joint, and when tight, can lead to a lot of knee troubles.

Most people try to stretch these muscles individually, which can help! But it doesn’t target the parts of the muscle that go behind the knee and tend to develop a lot of scar tissue over time.

Using this strategy will help to break up scar tissue and loosen the muscles so that your knee can move more freely.

Make sure you move your foot around in all different directions – and remember to do both the inside and outside of your knee.

Comment below and let me know how it goes!
