Sitting for long periods of time isn’t good for our bodies.

If you are finding that your hips are getting tight while sitting throughout the day, but you donβt have a lot of opportunity to get into some good, deep stretches on the floor, you can use this trick while you sit.

While it does target some of the muscles around your hips, it also helps to loosen up the joint capsule as well.
Remember:
1οΈβ£Β Use the contract and relax method to get deeper into the stretch.
2οΈβ£Β Repeat 3-5 times per side to get as far into the stretch as possible.
3οΈβ£ Do both hips!
