Tight chest muscles are pretty common, but often missed. 👎

The pec muscles (in the front of the chest) get shortened from long hours on the computer or driving with shoulders rounded forwards. 👩‍💻🏎

Because they pull the shoulders forward, they can actually lead to pain in the upper back and shoulder muscles as they strain to pull the shoulders back into place. 💥

Sometimes, it isn’t until we try to stretch them that we realize how tight they really are. 😯

This is a quick and easy way to not only assess how tight they are, but also stretch them out.
